Domestic orders for available items will
usually ship the same day if the order is received before 3:00pm Eastern
Standard Time. Inverters.com offers shipments via FedEx and USPS including
ground, next day air, 2nd day air, 3 Day Select and Worldwide (for International
orders only). Shipping charges are derived from the shipping cost of FedEx or
USPS based on weight, dimensions and locations. You will be asked to specify
the shipping method you prefer on your order form. You choose the shipping
method and cost that is best suitable to you. Any shipment to the address
indicated on the order form cannot be refused without prior notice to us.
Inverters.com does not ship on Saturday or Sunday or on “Shipping Holidays.”
Delivery may be possible on Saturdays or Sundays depending on your local
carrier’s availabilities and the shipment option chosen. Due to shipper
restrictions we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes. APO / FPO addresses can only be
sent by US Postal Service and can take from 2-8 weeks to arrive to the final
destination.
Free shipping does NOT include: HI, AK, PR (USA), Canada or any other
country.
All of our products come with at least 1 year parts &
labor warranty. Warranty valid in the continental USA and Canada only.
Inverters.com assumes no responsibility or liability for losses, damages, costs
or expenses, whether special, direct, indirect, consequential or incidental,
which might arise from the use of the products sold on our web site.
For all returns to Inverters.com, you
must obtain a Return Authorization number from our Customer Service department.
You may email RMA requests to “Returns@PowerBright.com” or by contacting our
toll free (866) 582 5620. Our technicians will go over some troubleshooting
steps and go over your installation in order to prevent wasted time from sending
in non-defective units.
Most products that is initially defective within 30 days of the purchase are
eligible for replacement. Some products – due to their weights, sizes or
manufacturers policies and restrictions – are on a repair-only basis. The
following information is needed to issue a Return Authorization:

or defective Inverters.com ships the replacement product as soon as the damaged
or defective product is received.
Credit returns only apply to undamaged and non-defective
products. Credit returns may be available depending on a variety of conditions.
You ship the product; when it is received, Inverters.com credits the payment
method used. The fund will be subject to a 25% restocking fee on all orders
over $100.00 and $5.00 + 15% on products with a subtotal under $100.00. All
returns must be within 7 days of receipt of order.
Products returned for any reason other than Dead on Arrival (DOA) or as
defective must be in resalable condition, complete and unused, and the outer
seal must not have been opened or re-taped. Product boxes that have been opened
or re-taped are not eligible for return and will be refused.
Refused Shipments will be subject to the same fees as a returned order. Call
Customer Service at 1-866-582-5620 before refusing any shipment. Failure to call
Customer Service may result in credit refusal, and products may be returned to
you at your expense.
For Inverters.com to process your
return in a timely manner, please review the information and follow the
procedures outlined below: Use the original manufacturers’ boxes Package all
returns to prevent damage in transit All returns must have an RA number printed
on the return shipping box Do not write addresses or RA numbers on the outside
of the manufacturers’ boxes. Products must be in resalable condition to receive
credit. All returns must be complete including all components, accessories,
cables, software and manuals in the original shipment. All returns must be
received by Inverters.com within 30 days from the date the RA number is issued.
RA numbers are only valid for 30 days. Returns must be shipped freight pre-paid
Inverters.com will make every reasonable effort to exchange DOA and defective
products. All original packaging, components, accessories, software and manuals
must be included with returned DOA and defective products. DOA and defective
products returned incomplete may be assessed a charge for the missing items or
returned to you at your expense. If you have a DOA or defective product, please
send an e-mail to Customer Service or call our Customer Service department at
1-866-582-5620.
All products returned as DOA or defective may be tested. Products found
not to be DOA or defective will be subject to restocking fees and may possibly
be returned to the customer at the their expense.
Inverters.com is pleased to offer our International Customers the opportunity to
purchase most of the products presented on our web sites. Some products are U.S.
versions and some may not be supported outside North America. International
customers will be responsible for all tariffs, duties and restrictions imposed
by their respective countries. The payment methods for international orders are
credit card (simplest and fastest), Money Order or wire transfer in advance of
shipments and L/C (for companies and institutions only). Additional verification
may be required for International orders such as government-issued photo
identification matching the name on the credit card.
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not
signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our
offer to sell. Inverters.com reserves the right at any time after receipt of
your order to accept or decline your order for any valid reason. All orders
placed over $1000.00 (U.S.) must obtain pre-approval with an acceptable method
of payment, as established by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may
require additional verification or information before accepting any order.
Our products are very user friendly and are documented enough so that they do
not require additional technical support or service for non-technical consumers.

Credit Cards – We accept all major credit cards including:

provide your exact billing address and telephone number – the address and phone
number your credit card bank has on file for you. Incorrect information may
cause a delay in processing your order.

Sales Tax Only applies for shipments to North Carolina, Florida, and Washington
state residents. All orders shipped to Canada are subject to appropriate sales
taxes.
